Yinxing College Achieves Excellent Results in 2025 BRICS Competition

The 2nd Hotel Digital and Marketing Competition (SouthwestChina Region) of the 2025 BRICS Skills Development and Technology InnovationCompetition concluded from September 17th to 19th. Recognized by the Ministryof Education as one of the 84 national A-class college student subjectcompetitions, the event attracted 35 elite teams from numerous colleges anduniversities across Southwest China to compete. The three teams sent by YinxingCollege delivered impressive performances, sweeping three major awards andshowcasing the college's outstanding strength in cultivating digital talent forthe hotel industry.
Teachers and students from the Hotel Management Faculty achieved excellent results, relyingon their solid professional knowledge and outstanding practical abilities:
Undergraduate students Luo Yongjie and He Kuntao, majoring in Hotel Management, won the First Prize in the Undergraduate Group with their precise operational strategies and efficient marketing plans.
Zhang Xunjie and Yu Zhaoshangyi won the Second Prize in the Undergraduate Group through close collaboration and innovative breakthroughs.
Teachers He Shijie and Wen Yiwei from the integrated teaching and operation team won the Second Prize in the Teacher Group, demonstrating their deep teaching experience and industry insight.
This achievement is the result of thecollege's long-term dedication to cultivating digital talent for the hotelindustry. Back in 2024, Yinxing College had already achieved great success inthe same competition, securing one first prize and four second prizes. Winningthree more awards this time not only extends the college's strongcompetitiveness in this field but also validates the scientific nature andeffectiveness of its talent cultivation model.
The three major awards in the Southwest China RegionalCompetition are not only a personal honor for the participating teachers andstudents but also a strong testament to the quality of the college's educationand teaching. In the future, the college will continue to use high-level skillscompetitions as a benchmark to continuously deepen the reform of its talentcultivation model.
